How does it work?
It’s simple! Join the KlaritySG Love Loyalty Program, share your unique referral link or code with friends, and earn rewards when they make their first purchase. Your friend gets $50 OFF their first purchase, and you receive $50 in rewards as our thank-you for sharing the love.
Where is my link/code?
Once you join the Love Loyalty Program, your unique referral link or code will be available in your KlaritySG Love Loyalty account. Simply copy and share it with your friends and family via WhatsApp, social media, email or any other channel.
How are referrals tracked?
Your referrals are automatically tracked through your unique referral link or code. When your friend uses your link or code to make their qualifying first purchase, the referral is recorded and your reward will be added to your Love Loyalty account.
How much will I get rewarded?
You’ll receive $50 in Love Loyalty rewards for every successful referral that meets the program requirements. Your friend will also enjoy $50 OFF their first purchase.reward will be added to your Love Loyalty account.
How do I get my rewards?
Your referral rewards are automatically credited to your KlaritySG Love Loyalty account once the qualifying purchase has been completed and confirmed. You can then use your rewards toward future KlaritySG purchases, subject to the program terms.
When do I get my rewards?
Rewards are credited after your friend's qualifying purchase has been successfully completed and is no longer subject to cancellation or refund. Please allow some time for the reward to appear in your Love Loyalty account.
Can I be removed from the referral program?
Yes. KlaritySG reserves the right to suspend or remove members from the Love Loyalty Program if there is misuse, fraudulent activity, abuse of referral codes, or violation of the program terms.
Does the program change?
We may occasionally update the Love Loyalty Program, including rewards, referral benefits, eligibility and program terms. We’ll always aim to provide members with the latest information so you can continue enjoying the benefits.
Why isn't my 20% discount code working?
Please check that your discount code has been entered correctly and that your order meets the applicable terms and conditions. Some promotions, products or special offers may not be eligible for additional discounts, and discount codes generally cannot be combined with other promotional offers. If your code is still not working, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Can I earn rewards in other ways?
Absolutely! The Love Loyalty Program is about rewarding you for being part of the KlaritySG community. You can earn rewards through purchases, referrals, reviews, special activities, birthday rewards and selected promotions. Keep an eye out for exclusive opportunities to earn more!
Can I refer more than one friend?
